Best for
Choose this if you want to start without buying a SIM or placing calls.
No calling
ScoutQuest is research only. Scout and Runner are the calling roles.
Reward
5 UP per approved submission, up to 50 UP per license per period.
Accepted vs rejected
ScoutQuest wants fixed international calling packages, not flexible credit.
Accepted
- Prepaid SIM or eSIM packages for mobile phones.
- Fixed international minutes, such as 500 minutes to international numbers.
- Unlimited international minutes, when the source clearly states unlimited.
- Clear carrier, package name, SIM cost, package cost, minutes, and included countries.
Not accepted
- Calling credit with no fixed minutes.
- Monthly contract plans.
- Roaming plans.
- Data-only plans.
- Landline-only or VoIP calling plans.
Submit without guessing
- 1
Paste the source
Add the carrier website link or package information. The app may prefill fields, but you must verify every detail.
- 2
Copy package details exactly
Carrier name, package name, SIM cost, package cost, add-on cost, minutes, and countries must match the source.
- 3
Handle add-ons correctly
If international minutes require a base package plus an add-on, use the add-on fields for the add-on name and cost.
- 4
Review countries and minutes
Remove unsupported countries and landline-only countries. If the package is unlimited, use the Unlimited toggle.
- 5
Upload proof and submit
Attach proof showing the carrier, package name, price, minutes, and countries, then check Results for duplicates.
Common rejection reasons
- Calling credit submitted instead of fixed international minutes.
- Missing or incorrect country list.
- Wrong price, missing activation fee, or duplicated price fields.
- Required add-on details entered in the wrong fields.
- The same package was already submitted by another user.
