Do all referrals earn rewards?04
No. Referral rewards are for a new operator's first license only; later licenses from the same operator do not create extra referral rewards.
How are rewards calculated?05
Your dashboard shows your reward balance and referral activity. Rewards count only when an approved referral has qualifying license activity.
How long can a referral earn?06
Rewards can continue while the referred license stays active and generates qualifying rewards. If the license stops being active, referral rewards stop.
How do I track everything?07
Your dashboard shows referrals, status, rewards, payout requests, paid payouts, and any simple action needed.
When can I request a payout?08
When your approved balance reaches the current minimum and your payout wallet is saved.
Which payout wallet is supported?09
The portal currently supports USDC payouts to Ethereum addresses. Check your address carefully before saving it.
Can I change my payout wallet?10
Yes. Changes apply to future payout requests only.

The dashboard will show a short reason or status. Contact support if something looks wrong.
