- Scout and Runner roles require KYC. Existing KYC from the Unetwork App is recognised; otherwise Scout & Runner prompts you to complete it.
- Scout and Runner is available for numbers in +1 countries; more countries will come later.
- Sanctions checks at signup, queue, and dialing layers.
- Accept the updated Scout & Runner Terms & Conditions.
- Separate role addenda for Scout, Runner, or both.
- Dedicated prepaid SIMs for Scout and Runner calling. Never use a personal SIM.
Reward model
Rewards are for verified reports. A placed call without a submitted, accepted, and backend-verified report does not earn.
Rates, routes, and supported countries are controlled inside the S&R platform.

Rewards are allocated for verified reports, not simply for placing calls. Missing or failed reports do not earn.
You are the caller
You place calls from your own dedicated prepaid SIM. APEX does not place calls, run an in-platform dialer, cloud calling, or auto-dial.
No audio capture
Scout & Runner captures metadata only. It does not record call audio or call content.
