Requirements and rules
Requirements
- Valid Unetwork License Operator status and supported region.
- Completed KYC. If you already completed KYC in the Unetwork App, it is recognised here.
- Available for numbers in +1 countries; more countries will come later.
- Dedicated prepaid SIM or eSIM bought for S&R, not a personal SIM.
- Lawful SIM use and compliance with carrier rules.
- Accurate reports that can be checked against backend telecom parameters.
Rules
- Never use a personal or daily-use SIM.
- You are rewarded for an accurate verified report, not simply for placing a call.
- A route is verified only after backend confirmation against telecom parameters.
- Scout positions are limited to 30 per country and are assigned to the most active Alpha and Beta Scouts.
- Additional SIMs can be purchased, but they do not qualify for refunds or report-based UP rewards that month.
- Country and US-state participation caps apply as shown on the platform.
- Inactive Scout slots may be reallocated after 90 days, with warnings at 60 and 75 days.
Scout rewards
A route is discovered only after backend confirmation.
- 0.10 UP per verified call report.
- 0.50 UP full payout for a verification session on one number, up to 5 calls and 5 reports.
- 5 UP for discovering new access.
- One eligible SIM refund per carrier per month.
- 4% ongoing share of Runner minute rewards on the route while it remains active.
SIM refund
- One eligible SIM refund per carrier per month.
- Additional SIMs can still be purchased, but they do not qualify for refunds or report-based UP rewards that month.
- You still receive 5 UP for discovering new access and 4% of Runner call revenue from access you discover.
- The SIM remains your property.
- Does not cover overage fees, roaming, or unexpected carrier charges.
SuperScout note
SuperScout is an appointment, not a separate public signup path here.
- SuperScouts are appointed by APEX to review ScoutQuest submissions and support the S&R community.
- They may approve, reject, modify, escalate, and flag suspicious submissions.
- They must act fairly, avoid conflicts, and cannot approve their own submissions.
- Rewards are 10 UP monthly plus 5 UP per completed moderation action, subject to fraud checks.
- The separate Super-Scout Program Agreement controls the full role terms.

Can I use my normal SIM?
No. Scout calling requires a dedicated prepaid SIM or eSIM bought for S&R. Personal or daily-use SIMs are prohibited.
When is a route discovered?
A route is considered verified only after backend confirmation against telecom parameters.
