Can I claim another license before assigning the first one?

No. The Unetwork App does not allow multiple unassigned licenses, so you need to bind your existing license to a device first.

What should I do after assigning the license?

Once the existing license is assigned to a device, you should be able to claim another license.

If you are seeing “Failed to claim license”, it means you already claimed a license but have not assigned it to a device yet.

Why is it happening?

The app does not allow multiple unassigned licenses. This limit prevents licenses from sitting unused. Once your existing license is assigned to a device, you can claim another license.

How to fix

Assign the license you already claimed

Follow these steps inside the Unetwork App before trying to claim another license.

Open the Work tab
Open the Unetwork App and go to the Work tab where your licenses are shown.

Select your unused license
Choose the license you already claimed but have not assigned to a device yet.

Tap Continue
Tap Continue to bind the license to your device. Once it is assigned, you can claim another license.
