Unetwork processes crypto withdrawals through Binance, directly to the wallet connected to your UNO or ULO account.
Payouts
Processed through Binance
Unetwork no longer uses payout wallets to fund withdrawals. Binance processes the payout, so received crypto may come from a Binance hot wallet.

Payouts go directly to the wallet linked to your UNO or ULO account.

No payout-wallet balance to check
There is no separate Unetwork payout-wallet availability or funding status to monitor.

Minimums can change
The minimum withdrawal amount depends on Binance's current minimum withdrawal requirement for the selected payout.
KYC
Verification is required before withdrawal
KYC is required when you make a withdrawal. If you completed both ID and address verification through ShuftiPro, it remains valid. Otherwise, complete the current Sumsub flow in Unetwork.

Complete the current flow
Follow the verification prompts in Unetwork. Sumsub may ask you to complete ID verification again before address verification.

Use clear documents
Provide the original document or a clear scan or photo. Your details should match the information entered in the verification flow.

Start over if needed
If a verification check is stuck, use the app's Start over option or ask support for help.
Status
What pending means
A pending withdrawal is not necessarily a failed withdrawal. Some requests are sent for manual verification before Binance can process the payout.

Manual review can take time
The Unetwork team reviews withdrawals that need additional verification. Keep checking the withdrawal status in Unetwork.

Do not submit duplicates
Leave the existing request open while it is pending unless Unetwork asks you to take another action.

Use the recorded transaction details
Once processed, use the withdrawal history and transaction details shown in Unetwork to follow the payout.

Request a withdrawal in Unetwork
Use the current in-app or management-portal flow. The amount, destination, and applicable minimum are shown before you submit.

Check redeemable rewards
Open your rewards area and confirm the amount currently available to withdraw.

Confirm your connected wallet
Check that the UNO or ULO wallet shown in the withdrawal flow is yours before continuing.

Review and submit
Review the amount and destination shown by Unetwork, then submit the withdrawal request.
